Revised Proposal for Matthew’s “Adventure Awaits” – Saturday, July 8th

Adventure Awaits! Globe balloons will hover over the dining tables. Blue marbled balloons will hover over serving stations. Gold balloons will spell “Matthew” in giant letters across the stage, complimented by twenty-one 11” balloons in robin’s egg, royal, emerald green and gold.

Dining Room Tables: $300

(10) Qualatex Giant Globe Balloon $30 ea./ gold metallic tail, string of fairy lights, and a weight.

Bar: $30 (1) Qualatex Giant Globe Agate Blue (marble) Balloon $30 ./ gold metallic tail, string of fairy lights, and a weight.

Adult Buffet Table: $30  (1) Qualatex Giant Globe Agate Blue (marble) Balloon/ gold metallic tail, string of fairy lights, and a weight.

Kids Buffet Table: $30  (1) Qualatex Giant Globe Agate Blue (marble) Balloon gold metallic tail, string of fairy lights, and a weight.

Stage Area: $107   Metallic Gold 40” Letter Balloons spelling “Matthew” stands high behind the DJ, filling the whole back stage area.

(21) 11” Balloons in robin’s egg, royal, emerald green and gold.

Sub: $500  + $59.06 (tax) =  $559.06

Installation: $175

Total: $734.06

Tear Down Fee: $0 – There is no need for a tear down service. Balloons may be dispersed to guests or deflated by temple staff. Fairly lights can be given to Michelle at teardown. If you would like a tear down service it would be an additional $75 added to the balance due.

I require a 50% deposit upon acceptance of proposal. $337.50 The balance $337.50 is due the day before the event, July 7th.

I don’t anticipate this will be needed, but Change Orders the week of event (July 2-8) will be a $35 each charged to the balance due.
