For the Rye event:

(5) giant balloons w/ 2 tassels. I’ll add some custom embellishments with fruit. We can place one to welcome guests near the entrance photo booth, one for the graffiti backdrop, and four for the fruit bar area (3 in a cluster of heights to the right and 1 on the left side of the chalkboard). We can play around with them.

Going with the Citrus Theme and the 90’s, I will use neon color balloons and various lengths of tails, mostly short, with fruit embellishments and lots of sparkle.
