We are refreshing last week’s balloon installation with neon/glow splattered painted balloons.

(5) Giant Glow in the Dark balloons - they’ll have a light inside and remote control and look really fabulous with all the lights off! These will be showpiece balloons.

(1) Handful of balloons the original color palette and I’ll splatter some glow on them too so they look as if they were always part of the plan.

We’ll add a balloon cluster with the glow paint to the bottom, top and a mid section.
