Tucked around the corner from the Lifted Balloons workshop, is our new love, the Vignette Room. A charming space just waiting for your next special occasion.

The Vignette Room is our pride and joy- an extension of our home, heart and hospitality. We’ve prepared a special place where you can enjoy hosting a party for up to 50. We can’t wait for you to step inside and experience it’s charm and begin dreaming your next event.

Host any small gathering, dinner party, book club, or celebration in The Vignette Room.

Dinner parties can accommodate up to 20 guests or 35 for a casual celebration.

The Vignette Room offers a kitchenette for serving, twenty one feet of dining table, twenty chairs, fireplace, tv, and soft conversation seating. Lifted Balloons is right there to help you with your balloon decor and we have a lovely list of items available to rent: marquee numbers, backdrops, uplighting, high bar tables, bar stools and more.

  • You can make an inquiry with us via the form below. Once availability is determined we'll send you an invoice for a deposit. It's so easy!

    • Monday through Wednesday: $150 per hour/ 2 hour minimum

    • Thursday: $175 per hour/2 hour minimum daytime, After 3 pm - 4 hours minimum evening

    • Friday & Saturday: $250 per hour, 3 hours minimum

    • Sunday, $275 per hour, 3 hours minimum daytime/ 4 hours minimum evening

  • YES! We do not provide catering. Food and beverages must be brought in for your guests. To make it easy for you we've partnered with Urban Organics SF to offer our clients a wonderful drop-off catering. You are not obligated to go with Urban Organics SF. You may bring in your own.

  • YES! We welcome your decor with some limitations on using adhesives. Of course, we would love you to hire us to decorate as it is our first love business and the convenience can not be better. We offer a 10% discount on our services as well as we drop the 20% Design and Installation fee that we charge off-site.

  • To rent the entire space, adding on the Swoop Shop, is an additional fee of $25per hour. The 12’ workshop table can be used as an additional bar/countertop with barstools.

  • Renting the Vignette Room is easy and fuss free. We graciously provide, 16’ of tabletop, 20 sweet cafe style chairs, a 12’ bar hight counter top, 2 small refrigerators, additional conversation seating, a big screen tv, and fireplace.
