50% deposit due 5/17 - The remaining balance of $562.50 is due Mon. June 12th - If any unanticipated circumstance comes up that the event is postponed, we’ll keep the deposit for the reschedule. If canceled, then I will return what is fair from the deposit keeping any money spent on supplies for the event.

After doing an impromptu site visit, I discovered that this STUNNING Great Hall is much grander in size than I surmised by looking at a photo. My original proposal will be dwarfed in this beautiful space. My new proposal utilizes the volume of the room and the vertical space using Giant Freestanding Balloons with sexy shimmery long fabric tails. The balloons will be at varying heights and will be dramatic, sophisticated and quiet. They will allow the furnishings and the finishes to really shine. This use of balloon will give you impact from every entrance point.

Added benefits are that guests can use them as a prop for their photos and make them interactive. Also, they can easily be moved if need be. After the grand opening, they can be used all over the property - sales office, gym, even spread throughout the Great Hall and placed table top.

It will be very soft and beautiful. It really plays on the “ELEVATED”, literally elevating the balloons so that that the room’s design and beauty are showcased.

I propose we use (15) 30” Helium Balloons. $75ea/$1125ea

Delivery/Installation: I’ll wave my installation fee to squeeze in all (15) of the Giants.

(1) 15’ of Balloon Cloud or Alternatively we can address a focal point in the space. I will plan a quick site visit to see what will best suit the space. $675

(3) 24” Giant Freestanding Balloons at varying heights to act as a “sculptural” vibe, likely in the center of the room. Since this is an indoor party in the summer, it will be a shame to not use a few of these gorgeous heliums. They will have plenty of hifloat which means that they should last long after this cocktail party. You may use them to celebrate the opening for weeks. $225
