(1) COCKTAIL PATIO SURPRISE $325 + $255

• We will put an 8’ balloon swoop centered on the trellis. We’ll have some balloon pearls and fringe flanking the sides for a special elegant and fun moment. We’ll put (2)

• (3) *Giant Freestanding Balloons in the Cocktail Area. Staff will bring them inside the Estate Room for guests to enjoy once cocktail hour has ended.

(1) Estate Room Focal Point, $1705

This will be similar to what I already proposed but BETTER! It will have a wider footprint which of course maximizes the impact. It is the FIRST thing you’ll see upon entering and will a beautiful focal point for the entire evening! , Including “ 7 - 0 “ marquee with clear lights, additional backdrop, (2) Faux Heliums , “sparkle” gold diamonds, a couple Faux Finish, a couple mirrors and the balloon mini pearl chains.

Back Door Opening, $340

(2) Giant Faux Finish Freestanding Balloons will flank the back door opening. They’ll be welcoming upon entering and also bring balance to the room visually.

(2) 4’ Swags on each of the Back Doors

*The (3) Giant Balloons from the Cocktail Hour will also be brought in and sprinkled along the side of the room with barrels.

Fringe Moments

All the Fringe will be mixed medium, so we’ll use fabrics, reflective fringe curtain, some lightweight plastic and lots of embellished fabric with sequins, shimmer and sparkle. Fringe is what I get geeky excited about and I can’t wait to get started on it!

Cake Table - $95

We’ll put a Giant Faux Finish Balloon here to compliment the gorgeous cake moment.

(3) Extra Helium Balloons to place throughout - $165

These will be 24” so they are slightly smaller, and will have fringe. They will sit at varying heights with the giants and give a richer more well rounded look.

Imagine that once the party is in bloom there will be (8) Giant Freestanding Balloons throughout the whole room creating a full feeling. We were able to bring the cost way down by simply omitting the quantity and size of the embellishments. Also using less Helium balloon with the photo backdrop now focal point. I believe what we’re left with will be JUST AS IMPACTFUL and elegant.
